2. Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age & Eligibility
To use the kr777 platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. Opening an account for minors is strictly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and that you have the legal right to participate in online gaming activities.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Only one account may be registered per person, household, address, or IP address. Creating multiple accounts or registering on behalf of someone else is prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and funds may be forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at the time of registration — including name, phone number, and payment identity — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information will result in account closure and cancellation of all deposited funds and bonuses.
2.4 Identity Verification
kr777 may request identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until this process is completed. Failure to provide verification documents in a timely manner may result in restricted account activity.
3. Account Security & Responsibility
3.1 Password & Login
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Sharing your account with or allowing access by third parties is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the kr777 support team immediately.
3.2 Responsibility for Account Activity
All activity carried out from your account — placing bets, deposits, withdrawals — is considered your own responsibility. Even if you claim that someone else used your account, kr777 will not be held liable in such cases.
3.3 Account Inactivity
Accounts that remain unused for an extended period may be marked as inactive. kr777 reserves the right to make decisions regarding inactive accounts in accordance with its own policy. To reactivate an account, please contact the support team.
4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
kr777 currently processes transactions through three popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. No payment methods other than these three are currently accepted.
4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method)
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes
4.3 Withdrawal Process
A withdrawal request may take 10 to 45 minutes to complete. However, if identity verification is incomplete or if any matter on the account is under review, the withdrawal process may be delayed.
4.4 Use of Own Account
Users may only deposit and withdraw using a payment account registered in their own name. Using a third party's account may result in the transaction being cancelled and the related funds may not be returned.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering
kr777 is committed to preventing money laundering. Attempting to withdraw deposited funds without placing bets or with minimal gaming activity will be considered suspicious activity and action may be taken on the associated account.
5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
Newly registered members on kr777 are eligible for a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳26,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — giving a total balance of ৳41,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount (not the combined total of deposit and bonus). For example, if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must complete ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 in wagers before the bonus funds become withdrawable.
5.3 Bonus Usage Terms
- Each bonus offer may be claimed once only.
- Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds count toward meeting the wagering requirements.
- Withdrawing deposited funds after receiving a bonus may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being cancelled.
- If any strategic or unusual betting patterns are observed with the intent of exploiting bonus benefits, kr777 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
- If wagering requirements are not met before the promotion expires, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
5.4 VIP Program
kr777's VIP Program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback
Members have the opportunity to advance to higher tiers based on their active gaming activity.
5.5 Promotion Changes
kr777 reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. For the latest details on active promotions, refer to the most current terms displayed on the platform.
6. Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play
All game outcomes on the kr777 platform are impartial and regulated. Software from reputable game providers is used, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming, all operating on certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.
6.2 Betting Limits

6.3 Technical Errors

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kr777 platform:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Using false or fraudulent identity documents.
- Bonus abuse — attempting to claim the same bonus offer more than once.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to participate in games.
- Hacking, intruding on, or conducting any harmful activity against the platform's software.
- Colluding with other members to play dishonestly.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
- Using third-party payment methods.
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
If any of the above conduct is detected, the account will be immediately closed and all funds may be forfeited.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 kr777's Rights
kr777 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of the Terms & Conditions.
- Suspicious or unusual gaming activity.
- Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
- Providing false information.
- For legal reasons or as required by an investigation.
8.2 User's Right to Close Account
A user may request to close their account at any time through the support team. Valid funds will be returned after any pending bets have been settled and wagering requirements have been met, prior to account closure.
8.3 Fund Settlement
If an account is closed due to a rule violation, kr777 will decide whether to return or forfeit funds based on the outcome of the investigation. Deposited funds are generally refundable, however bonuses and winnings derived from bonuses may be forfeited.
